Fun Things to do in Scarborough

Scarborough is a beautiful seaside town situated on the east cost of England. This is a very special town to me as it's the first family holiday that I can remember my parents taking me and my younger brother on when I was about 4 or 5 years old. We always stayed at the Blue Dolphin Caravan Park when we went.  

Fast forward to September 2018, and me and my brother decided to take our own kids down to Scarborough. So we booked a long weekend stay at the Blue Dolphin Caravan Park, headed down there and got to our caravans. All the memories came flooding back and I was super excited to go see Rory the Tiger at the Tiger Club again haha. We had a wonderful time.

Witness the incredible Sunrise

The sun rises in the east, and sets in the west. And Scarborough offers some of the best views. Check out this incredible sunrise I had the pleasure of capturing.

Head to the Beach

The beach here is nice and clean, with amazing views of the cliffs a few miles down the coast and also has a few activities for the kids to do. There was a squad of Donkeys that the kids could ride along the beach for £2. 

Try Fresh Seafood from one of the little snacks near the harbour. 

When you walk along the shore front, head towards the harbour and you’ll come across a few little shacks offering fresh seafood caught that day. I got fresh cockles and they were absolutely delicious!

Enter Terror Tower, If you dare 

My dad took me in here when I was little, I remember being absolutely terrified haha. So I had to go back in here when I saw it... And i was surprised to find that it had changed vastly. Still mega scary tho, If you're into getting scared and chased then I highly recommend this attraction. Entry fee is a tad bit on the steep side but still worth it for the scare.
